<> Jeff became a member of Flotilla 33
in December of
2004 and was very active in the Auxiliary. Jeff had such a profound
love of the
Auxiliary that he mustered the strength, with the help of his Almighty
God, to
attend Auxiliary functions while recovering from cancer. A man of
remarkable
courage and a firm belief in the Auxiliary’s ability to educate the
boating public. In his very brief hitch in the Auxiliary Jeff had
become Crew
Qualified, FSO-AN, FSO-CS, had taken the exam of the sixth Specialty
Course to
become AUXOP and was very active in PA affairs and anything else he
could
assist with. Flotilla 33 was honored to have Jeff as a member and he
served in
the highest tradition of our organization and he set the bar at a
higher level
for the rest of us.
